David C. Swanson
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, R.H. Donnelley Corporation
David C. Swanson has been Chief Executive Officer of R.H. Donnelley since May 2002. He was elected to the Board in December 2001 and served as Chairman from December 2002 to January 2006 and then was re-appointed Chairman once again in April 2006.
Swanson has held increasingly senior management positions for more than 20 years since he joined the Company in 1985 as an Account Executive. He was named Executive Vice President of Sales in 1995, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Proprietary Operations in 1997 and Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy in 1998 in conjunction with the company’s spin-off from Dun & Bradstreet as an independent public company. He became President of Donnelley Directory Services in 1999 and served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from December 2000 until May 2002.
Swanson is a current member of the Board of Directors for the Yellow Pages Association (YPA) and has served on the Board since December 2003, including a term as Chairman of the Board from 2007 - 2009.

Steven M. Blondy
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Steve Blondy was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of R.H. Donnelley in January 2006. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since March 2002.
Previously, Blondy was SVP - Corporate Development for Young & Rubicam, Inc., a global marketing and communications company. Before joining Y&R, Blondy was EVP & CFO for Poppe Tyson, a leading Internet and integrated marketing communications agency and SVP & CFO for Grundy Worldwide, an independent producer of television programs in Europe and Australia.
Blondy’s earlier career included more than 12 years as an investment banker for Merrill Lynch and Chase Manhattan, focusing on domestic and international financing and merger & acquisition transactions.
Blondy holds an M.B.A. and a B.A. from the University of Michigan. He graduated magna cum laude. |

George F. Bednarz
Executive Vice President, Enterprise Sales and Operations
George Bednarz was appointed Executive Vice President, Enterprise Sales and Operations in June 2008.
Bednarz was formerly Senior Vice President of Operations since January 2008; Senior Vice President, RHD Interactive since January 2007; Senior Vice President, Integration, Corporate Planning/Administration and Communications since January 2006; Vice President, Corporate Planning and Information Technology since November 2004; Vice President and General Manager, Publishing, Information Technology and Corporate Planning since 2003; Vice President and General Manager, Publishing and Information Technology since 2001 and Vice President and General Manager, Publishing, since 1995. Previously, Bednarz worked with The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, where he held executive positions of increasing responsibility from 1976 to 1995 in Telephone Call Center Operations, Marketing Database Management, Customer Service, Information Technology and Strategic Planning.

Maggie Le Beau
Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
Maggie Le Beau is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Previously, Le Beau served in increasingly senior management positions throughout her tenure at the company (Dex Media) in new ventures, product management and most recently as Senior Vice President of Marketing. Under Le Beau's leadership, the company introduced its Dex market brand and executed its digital strategy, including fully searchable content on DexKnows.com. Prior to joining Dex, Le Beau worked in consumer marketing and marketing information at American Express.

Sean W. Greene

Sean W. Greene was appointed Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Business Development, in October 2008.
Greene was formerly Vice President and General Manager of Dex Search Marketing since December 2007; Vice President, Interactive Strategy, Product Management, and Business Development since August 2006 and Assistant Vice President, Competitive Strategy and Business Development since August 2003. Previously, Greene began his career as a sales account executive and held management positions of increasing responsibility from 1993 to 2000. From 2000 to 2003, Greene served as general manager of EmploymentGuide.com for Trader Publishing Company.

Tyler D. Gronbach
Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications and Administration
Tyler D. Gronbach was appointed Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications and Administration, in January 2007. He served as Vice President of Corporate Communications since October 2005.
Previously, Gronbach was with Qwest Communications International Inc., where he served as Vice President of Corporate Communications. Prior to joining Qwest, Gronbach directed communications activities for LCI International. Previously, he held account management positions with Washington, D.C. and New York-based public relations agencies, directing communications programs for clients in the consumer electronics and consumer goods industries, as well as for technology and communications companies.
He holds a BA from Marist College. |

Mark W. Hianik
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Mark Hianik was appointed Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in April 2008.
Previously, Hianik was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Tribune Company, a Chicago-based media company. Prior to joining Tribune, Hianik was a corporate and securities partner with Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon, a national law firm. Before attending law school, Hianik, a Certified Public Accountant, was an auditor for Arthur Andersen in Chicago.
Hianik received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois and his J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago.

Gretchen Zech
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Gretchen Zech joined R.H. Donnelley in June 2006. She is responsible for strategic management and direction of all human resources and labor relations functions for the company.
Previously, Zech was group vice president, human resources, for Gartner, Inc., a global information technology research and consulting firm, where she was responsible for managing company human resources efforts. Earlier in her career, she held various senior leadership roles in human resources with The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company, Bloomingdale’s and Best Buy.
Zech holds a degree from The University of Michigan, as well as executive education program certifications in negotiation and labor relations from Harvard University and The University of Michigan, respectively. She is credentialed as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).
